CASE Annual Day was celebrated on 20th December, 2022, after four years owing to the covid-19 pandemic. The excitement was palpable as each child got an opportunity to showcase his/her talent on stage. The evening began with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest, Mr. Sanjay Dutt, MD & CEO of Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited, and members of the management of SRCC Centre for Child Development followed by release of souvenir published on this occasion. Thereafter, the cultural program began which included various forms of dance, music, fashion show and play which were performed by the children including yoga and gymnastics. For the first time, parents of the children seeking services at CASE, performed Garba, a form of Gujarati dance, with perfect coordination. Mast. Sahil Kothari, student of Campion School as a part of his social work, helped SRCC in making sound tracks for the plays. He also presented a solo performance by playing on the keyboard. The meritorious children were awarded certificates based on their extraordinary performance during the year. The children were judged on kindness, bravery, helpfulness, politeness, neatness & tidiness, cheerfulness, respectfulness etc while trophy was presented to the all-rounder child. The evening ended with a finale dance performed by the therapists. The audience including the staff wholeheartedly enjoyed the Annual Day and were left spellbound with tears of joy. The show had kept each one glued to their seat from start to finish.
