SRCC Centre for Child Development conducted a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) workshop. Total 41 Participants attended the workshop. Ms. Nazema Sagi was invited as a guest speaker presented a Theoretical Foundation of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Ms. Anita Chitre from SRCC Centre for Child Development gave brief talk on Applications of CBT in various Disorders. Mr. Akhilesh Parab emphasized on more practical aspects of CBT by providing information on case formulation and planning. Three cases were presented during the workshop. Case discussions were concluded with vote of thanks. Workshop proved to be very beneficial to the participants who have given positive feedback demanding longer duration sessions with more practical demonstrations. Participants also appreciated display of games & activity materials used for CBT Sessions.
