A session for parents / caregivers of children with physical challenges, including cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, and other neuromuscular conditions was successfully conducted by Dr. Priyal Yadav (PT) and Dr. Jidnyasa Kohli (PT) at SRCC Centre for Child Development. The session covered safe and ergonomic carrying and transfer techniques, caregiver strengthening exercises to improve core stability and endurance, and the use of assistive devices for safe handling. Through practical demonstrations and interactive discussions, parents gained evidence-based strategies to enhance caregiving while prioritizing their own health and well-being.
