Technology plays a major role in 21st Century education. The access to technology is changing its function however, computer laboratories remain pertinent for a number of reasons. ‘Atul Nishar Foundation’ had very kindly donated towards Computer Laboratory at SRCC Centre for Child Development’s CASE Special Education Therapy Department. Through this generous donation the computer laboratory has been upgraded with new desktops, a projector and a screen. This upgraded laboratory has created a comprehensive & structured learning environment for the children. It will enhance the online learning, hybrid learning and multimedia learning of children and serve as a Centre for Computer Training to children with differential needs like dyslexia, dysgraphia, mild autism, attention deficits, children prone to seizures and slow learners seeking Vocational training under ‘Training & Skills at CASE (TASC)’ program.
An informal inauguration was done on 17th December, 2021 by Mr. S. Ramadorai, President, SRCC, Mrs. Jyoti Doshi, Hon Gen. Secretary, SRCC and Mrs. M. Ramadorai, Chairperson, CASE Sub-Committee.
