On the occasion of “Mental health Week” the Clinical Psychology team of SRCC Centre for Child Development organised a Mental Health Programme for SRCC therapists, Admin & Accounts staff & CASE Dept. teachers. Destressing activities like Mindfulness Meditation, Tower of London game, Fluid Art, Bracelet Making & Bollywood Tarot was organised. Theme of the programme was ‘Destress in workplace’ & 70 people participated in the event and thoroughly enjoyed the activities. Burnout scale, bookmarks & affirmation cards were distributed among the participants. Self-made bracelets & coasters were given as a take away. Participants gave positive feedback and suggested to have more such activities occasionally.
