Venue: Conference Room, SRCC Centre for Child Development.
SRCC Centre for Child Development’s Rehabilitation Dept. organized a two-week summer camp from April 28 to May 3, 2025, and May 5 to May 9, 2025 for children with special needs. Total 62 participants, including 15 from the Early Education Intervention Program (EEIP) and 47 others attended summer camp 2025 with great enthusiasm. The camp was thoughtfully designed around engaging weekly themes to spark creativity and enthusiasm among the children.
The first week embraced a vibrant Bollywood theme, immersing participants in lively dance, music, and drama-based activities that encouraged self-expression. On second week we adopted a playful Cartoon theme, featuring imaginative games, character role-plays, and art activities inspired by beloved cartoon characters. In addition to these theme-based sessions, the camp offered a diverse range of interactive experiences including art and craft, sensory play, physical exercises, music, and group games aimed at enhancing creativity, motor skills, and social interaction. The camp received overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents. It was an enriching, inclusive, and joyful experience that created lasting memories for everyone involved.
