Learning Disability affects 1/10 children. Children may have difficulty in reading, in understanding what is read, in spelling, in writing, number sense, number facts, calculation and mathematical reasoning.  A lot of children still remain not diagnosed. This workshop aimed at enhancing awareness about the same and plan for the future.

The participants included Principals & Vice Principals of government granted & municipal schools from all zones of Mumbai.

Program was inaugurated by a talk from Mrs. Ashwini Bhide (I.A.S, Secretary School Education, Govt. Of Maharashtra) and other speakers included, Dr Harish Shetty (Eminent Psychiatrist) & Ms. Samindara Sawant (Clinical Psychologist, DISHA Counseling Center).
