Today’s Adolescents are facing more stressors & risks than any previous generations & common causes are to do with school, work, family, technology or relationships. Adolescence is essentially the age of confusion, rapid change & uncertainty which drives the children towards unforeseen situations leading to loss of lives or property. This talk was focused on recognizing these stressors & helping our children to lead stress free & healthy lives during these formative years.
